How will my order be shipped?
All pieces are shipped from Long Beach, CA using USPS or UPS.
For our U.S. customers, UPS 2-day is the recommended shipping method if you have a deadline to meet; for all other deadlines USPS Priority will work.
Thank you for understanding we cannot be responsible for USPS & UPS delays, unretrieved or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We kindly ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email for any questions related to delivery. If an order is returned back to us due to an invalid address it will be processed as a return.
It is a very sacred practice to utilize your energy to create for others so please consider that each one of our pieces are handmade to order. Each talisman is created in the order they are received and may take about 2-4 weeks for shipment. Detailed production times will be on individual item descriptions.
All items arrive ready for gift-giving & in order to minimize our carbon footprint, invoices are emailed instead of included in the box. Tracking numbers will also be emailed as soon as they are available.
How can I return or exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange your item, we will be more than happy to offer a gift card for the full amount, minus shipping. Please have all pieces undamaged, unworn & without any scratches returned within 5 days. Shipping back to Moondust & Me will be the responsibility of the customer.
Due to hygienic & sanitary reasons, all earrings are final sale.
In the very rare case that breakage occurs, due to a manufacturing fault within the first 3 months of purchase, we will offer a gift card return for the full amount paid. We will also cover shipping back to our studio from you free of charge.
